** Circle nhận được ánh sáng xanh từ MAS để hoạt động tại Singapore như một tổ chức thanh toán **
Công ty Tiền tệ kỹ thuật số Circle đã nhận được sự chấp thuận trong nguyên tắc từ Cơ quan tiền tệ của Singapore (MAS) để hoạt động như một tổ chức thanh toán tại nhà nước thành phố.

**Circle gets green light from MAS to operate in Singapore as a payment institution**
Digital currency company Circle has received an in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to operate as a payment institution in the city-state.
The license will allow Circle to offer a range of services, including the issuance of its USD Coin (USDC) stablecoin, as well as other digital payment products.
Circle's chief strategy officer and head of public policy, Dante Disparte, said in a statement that the license will let the company "demonstrate the potential of digital currencies [and] open payment systems."
The license will also help Circle's global expansion plans, said CEO Jeremy Allaire in a statement.
"We are honored to receive the in-principle license, and we look forward to more collaborations with MAS to support the thriving crypto and blockchain ecosystem as well as the advancement of fintech innovation in Singapore," he said.
Circle received its in-principle approval the same day fellow stablecoin issuer Paxos received a similar license from MAS.
