Are you really selling your company to Korea? If so, I had to move to another exchange.
Others argue that a change in ownership does not necessarily mean a change in the company’s overall structure:
Nikita Vdovin: “I simply want to work with the law I have used to. There is no knowledge of Korean rules and standards.”
Bitjohny: “A change in ownership cannot change the fact that this is a company that has been licensed in Luxembourg. There will be nothing to change unless the company decided to abandon the European office, the license, the relationship with its banking world and turn 180 degrees. If so, the question here is why spend money to buy this exchange from the beginning?”
South Korean regulators have been tightening regulations on cryptocurrency exchanges this year, from the false rumors of an electronic ban earlier this year to the FUD spread by the media, or a raid on three exchanges in Seoul in February after customer funds were discovered to have been transferred to the accounts of the three trading platforms.
