Droid Life has just posted leaked images of the Google Pixelbook, the next generation of Chromebooks from Google. This product is no longer designed in the traditional laptop style with a touchscreen, but instead is a 2-in-1 hybrid device with a screen that can be flipped over to transform into a tablet.
The Pixelbook is also thinner than its predecessor, and comes with a Pixelbook Pen (sold separately) that has pressure sensitivity for drawing bold strokes depending on how hard you press, and a latency of almost zero (meaning that the cursor will appear exactly where the pen tip is touching the screen, creating a more realistic drawing experience).
The Pixelbook will be available in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB configurations, with prices starting at $1199.
