Điều kiện tiên quyết:

  • Có tinh thần thép: Muốn làm MOD thì phải cứng rắn, không được lung lay trước bất kỳ điều gì, kể cả những lời lẽ xúc phạm hay những hành vi gian lận.
  • Có chuyên môn cao: Phải am hiểu về MMO, biết cách xử lý các vấn đề liên quan đến MMO.
  • Có nhiều cống hiến cho Diễn đàn: Phải là một thành viên tích cực, thường xuyên tham gia thảo luận và đóng góp cho Diễn đàn.
Quy trình tuyển dụng:

  1. Đăng ký: Gửi bài đăng ký lên Topic tuyển MOD của BQT, kèm theo thông tin cá nhân và lý do muốn làm MOD.
  2. Phỏng vấn: BQT sẽ liên hệ lại với những ứng viên được chọn để phỏng vấn trực tiếp.
  3. Thử việc: Ứng viên sẽ được làm MOD thử việc trong vòng 3 tháng. Nếu hoàn thành tốt thì sẽ được chính thức trở thành MOD.
  4. Bầu chọn: BQT sẽ mở ra một cuộc bầu chọn nhỏ để xin ý kiến từ các thành viên khác.
  5. Công bố kết quả: BQT sẽ họp lại để quyết định xem ứng viên nào đủ điều kiện trở thành MOD.
Những điều thú vị khi làm MOD:

  • Lương cao: MOD được hưởng mức lương cao hơn các thành viên bình thường.
  • Quyền lợi cao: MOD được hưởng nhiều quyền lợi như được tham gia các sự kiện nội bộ, được tài trợ chi phí,...
  • Cơ hội thăng tiến: MOD có cơ hội thăng tiến lên các vị trí cao hơn như Super MOD, Admin,...
Những lưu ý:

  • MOD không được vi phạm quy định của Diễn đàn: Nếu vi phạm thì sẽ bị hạ cấp hoặc sa thải.
  • MOD phải hoạt động tích cực: Nếu không hoạt động trong vòng 1 tháng thì sẽ bị hạ cấp xuống thành viên bình thường.

Prerequisites:

Recruitment process:

  1. Registration: Submit an application to the Board of Management's MOD recruitment topic, including personal information and reason for wanting to be a MOD.
  2. Interview: The Board of Management will contact selected candidates for face-to-face interviews.
  3. Probation: Candidates will be on probation for 3 months. If completed well, it will officially become a MOD.
  4. Voting: The Board of Management will open a small election to ask for opinions from other members.
  5. Announcement of results: The Board of Management will meet again to decide which candidates are qualified to become MOD.
Interesting things when doing MOD:

  • High salary: MODs enjoy higher salaries than regular members.
  • High benefits: MOD enjoys many benefits such as participating in internal events, being sponsored,...
  • Promotion opportunities: MODs have the opportunity to advance to higher positions such as Super MOD, Admin,...
Notes:

  • MODs must not violate the Forum's regulations: If they do, they will be demoted or fired.
  • MOD must be actively active: If inactive for 1 month, it will be downgraded to a normal member.

22. Do not entice members to discuss outside the forum

23. Group Master or higher are allowed to sell TUTs

24. Introduce projects and websites at the forum

25. Topics for recruiting refs must be posted in the Referrers box

26. Summary of sites currently playing at the MMO Journey box

27. Use the Ignore function if you don't like seeing someone's comments

28. Other cases of violations will be handled according to the 4-step process

First time: Warn 1 points, remind instructions for violating rules

2nd time: Warn 2 points, warn Members

3rd time: Warn 2 points, if you get 5 points you will be banned for 7 days

4th time: BANNED Forever

Note:
  • Warning points will expire after 1 month.
