I have a Latitude 7400. When I look up the service tag, the information about the device and the warranty expiration date is different from what I see on the Dell website. In the screenshot below, you can see that the warranty expiration date on the device is 2023, but the warranty expiration date on the Dell website is 2022.

I also have a Latitude E5450. When I look up the service tag, the warranty expiration date is listed as expired, even though I bought the computer in 2019.

When I first bought the computer, the warranty information was correct. I believe that the device I purchased is a refurbished machine and that the warranty information was changed after the sale.
I have contacted Dell support about this issue, but they have not been able to resolve it.
