**Two firms to launch crypto-asset investment products for institutional investors**
Crypto Finance AG and Deutsche Börse AG have announced a joint venture to launch crypto-asset investment products for institutional investors.
The new venture, called Crypto Finance Digital Assets GmbH, will offer professional and institutional investors such as banks, asset managers and family offices with the means to issue their own crypto-related investment products.
The first products are expected to be introduced in the second quarter of 2023.
In a statement, the firms said that "demand for crypto-related investment products is expected to grow in line with the exponential development of this new asset class."
They added that the venture will provide regulated services to institutional investors who are looking to gain exposure to the crypto market.
Crypto Finance was brought under the banner of Germany's Deutsche Börse in 2021, when the exchange acquired a two-thirds stake in Crypto Finance for $108.6 million.
