**INX to list on TSX Venture Exchange, plans $25 million IPO**
**New York-based cryptocurrency exchange INX plans to list on the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) and raise $25 million in an initial public offering (IPO), the company said in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Feb. 25.**
**The public reporting and transparency required by the TSXV listing will help INX attract “Fortune 500 strategic partnerships and institutional investors,” the company said.**
**INX will offer 20 million shares priced at $1.25 CAD. Proceeds will go to research and development, sales and marketing, general expenses, and mergers and acquisitions.**
**The exchange company, which acquired the alternative trading system OpenFinance last year, said its has a pre-money valuation of $225 million.**
