** Cách chuyển đổi SIM bình thường sang Sim sinh viên Viettel 2023 **
** Yêu cầu: **
- Người đăng ký có năm sinh năm 1999.
- ID chính phủ.
**Hướng dẫn:**
1. Gửi tin nhắn với cú pháp sau:

TSV XXX đến 195
`` `
Trong đó XXX là số thẻ ID hoặc thẻ danh tính của bạn với năm sinh năm 1999.
2. Hệ thống sẽ trả về một tin nhắn với hướng dẫn.Thực hiện theo các hướng dẫn để hoàn thành quá trình.
**Ví dụ:**

TSV 123456789 đến 195
`` `
**Kết quả:**
Hệ thống sẽ trả về một thông báo với các hướng dẫn sau:

Nhắn tin ok đến 195
`` `
