**According to data from Block Explorer Snowtrace, Avalanche's C-Chain chain has not created a new block from 06:26 AM on 23/03/2023 (Vietnam time).**
The project has not made an official statement about the cause of the incident.
However, co-founder Ava Labs Kevin Sekniqi said the problem lies in the Node V.1.9.12.The nodes after upgrading this update will not be able to link to the upgraded node, affecting the blockchain data consensus process.
The Avalanche side quickly released a patch called V.1.9.14 and called for updated validators to avoid interrupting operation.
