**Voyager Digital to launch trading app in Europe in Q1 2022**
Voyager Digital, a cryptocurrency trading platform, announced plans to launch its app in several European countries in late Q1 2022.
The company said its recent acquisition of crypto payment company Coinify would help facilitate its launch in Europe, as Coinify has “fully compliant KYC [Know Your Customer] and AML [Anti Money Laundering] solutions as well as fiat on-ramps in over 20 currencies.”
Voyager also said it has received the “fit and proper” designation from the AMF and ACPR, making it the first non-French, non-European firm to do so.
“This recognition is a major step in the process to bring the Voyager app and product suite to European customers and continues our vision of building Voyager into a truly global financial services company,” said Voyager CEO Steve Ehrlich in a statement.
