The SEC claims that the defendants raised more than $9 million in the ICO and used the funds to buy a Ferrari and other personal expenses.
The court order freezes all of the fiat and cryptocurrency assets associated with the Meta 1 Coin sale. The defendants have also been ordered to provide the SEC with a list of all assets valued at over $1,000.
