**3AC's Liquidators Served Subpoenas to Davies via Twitter**
The liquidators of Three Arrows Capital (3AC) served a court-approved subpoena to Su Zhu and Kyle Davies via Twitter on Jan. 5, according to a court filing on Friday.
The filing said that the liquidators, Christopher Farmer and Russell Crumpler, sent a letter to Davies on Jan. 4 informing him that they would be serving him with a subpoena the following day. The letter included the subpoena and instructions on how to respond.
Davies failed to respond to the letter or the subpoena, the filing said.
The liquidators then filed a motion with the court to serve the subpoena via Twitter. The court granted the motion, and the subpoena was served on Davies' Twitter account on Jan. 5.
Davies has not responded to the subpoena, the filing said.
The liquidators are seeking to recover assets from 3AC and its founders. 3AC filed for bankruptcy in the British Virgin Islands in June.
