Tether, the world's largest stablecoin, has $67.7 billion in assets backing its tokens, according to an attestation from accounting firm Moore Cayman.
The report, which was published on Monday, said that Tether's reserves consist of 75.9% cash and cash equivalents, 23.9% commercial paper, and 0.5% other assets.
Tether also said that it will provide monthly attestations starting in January, despite criticism over the lack of a formal audit.
