**Curve Finance developers have launched a testnet for its new stablecoin, CRVUSD.**
Sepolia is one of the two main TestNet of Ethereum, which allows programmers to test their code before officially deployed on the Mainnet. According to the attachments on GitHub, this test was authenticated on the Etherscan Blockchain browser.
In July 2022, the founder of Curve Finance Michael Egorov revealed that the team is developing a stablecoin solution. Until November 2022, Curve programmers have just started to publicize the details and White Paper of this Stablecoin.
The design will generally aim to anchor dollar like decentralized stablecoins. This means that users will have to mortgage a larger amount of assets than the amount of stablecoin may be allowed to mint.
Besides, Liquidating AMM (Lamma) mechanism will be the CRVUSD's innovation core. This will be a risk assessment algorithm, in order to make a timely liquidation move if there is a large fluctuation and help Stablecoin constantly stabilize around the $ 1 price area.
