The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has asked the public to comment on its concerns about Grayscale's proposal to convert its Grayscale Bitcoin Trust into a bitcoin spot ETF.
The SEC has raised concerns about the liquidity and transparency of bitcoin markets. It has also asked for more information about how Grayscale would prevent fraud and manipulation in the bitcoin market.
