Dragoma, a decentralized finance (DeFi) project that was recently listed on centralized exchange MEXC, has been accused of conducting a rug pull.
The token, which was created on the Polygon network, reached a peak value of $1.78 on Monday morning before crashing to $0.002. The project's website is now offline and its social media channels have been deleted.
According to PeckShield, a blockchain security firm, the developers of Dragoma have stolen around $3 million worth of funds from investors. The missing funds have been moved to centralized exchanges, PeckShield said.
The founder of Dragoma is Texas-based Ken Graese, according to a June press release. Graese did not immediately respond to CoinDesk's request for comment.
