**South Korean authorities have asked crypto exchanges OKX and KuCoin to freeze 3,313 bitcoin (BTC), worth around $67 million, that are tied to TerraUSD founder Do Kwon.**
**The move comes after Kwon was accused of fraud and market manipulation in connection with the collapse of TerraUSD (UST) and its sister token LUNA.**
**In September, Interpol issued a "red notice" for Kwon, making him a wanted person internationally.**
**Kwon has yet to be located.**
