The previous big inflow of short-term bitcoin investment products occurred in July, when the price of bitcoin rose to above $24,000 from a low of $18,200 in June.
The latest inflows bring the total assets under management in short-term bitcoin funds to $138 million.
Long-term bitcoin funds saw $5.7 million in inflows last week, bringing their assets under management to nearly $18.3 billion.
