FTX and Copper, two leading crypto trading platforms, have announced an integration that will allow institutional investors to trade FTX products with funds secured by Copper. The integration will give Copper's client base of more than 300 institutional asset managers access to FTX's suite of crypto products, while also providing them with a secure and regulated environment to trade in.
ClearLoop, FTX's over-the-counter trading platform, will allow institutional investors to hold on to their assets until just before a trade is executed. This reduces the counterparty risk that institutions face when trading with other market participants.
