Fireblocks, a provider of security infrastructure for digital assets, has added Google Cloud and Microsoft Azure to its enterprise platform. The move gives Fireblocks customers access to the two largest cloud providers in the world, and brings the total number of cloud providers supported by Fireblocks to four.
Fireblocks has already onboarded over 50 major financial institutions onto its platform, including BNY Mellon, BNP Paribas, and Australian bank ANZ Bank. The company also counts fintech company Revolution and cryptocurrency exchange Moonpay as customers.
In December, Fireblocks launched the Cryptocurrency Security Standard (CCSS), a first-of-its-kind certification that was built as a security standard for crypto wallets and custodians.
