Two new positions were added to Fidelity's job boards Thursday: a principal data engineer and a senior engineering manager. As of press time, eight other digital assets posts are listed on the job board.
The job posting for the principal data engineer states that the successful candidate will be responsible for "improving upon our existing Bitcoin custom and execution services." The senior engineering manager will be responsible for "building new products to support the ecosystem."
Fidelity said in a statement that the new hires will be "supporting the continued growth of our digital assets business."
