**Cryptocurrency trading platform FalconX says it will remain well-capitalized even if it has to write off some of its assets as a total loss.**
The company said in a statement that it does not have exposure to Genesis, Alameda or BlockFi, which have all been hit by recent market volatility.
"Recent events have validated our approach to risk management," FalconX said. "We are market risk neutral and extend credit overcollateralized on our platform. We utilize real-time risk monitoring, and we operate within the confines of our counterparty exposure limits."
FalconX said it has a strong balance sheet and is well-positioned to weather the current market conditions.
