Cơ quan quản lý tài chính Dubai Dubai công bố khung mã thông báo bảo mật Cơ quan Dịch vụ Tài chính Dubai (DFSA) đã công bố một khung cho các mã thông báo bảo mật, là các đại diện dựa trên blockchain của các tài sản cơ bản.
Khung áp dụng cho bất kỳ công ty nào muốn phát hành hoặc đầu tư mã thông báo tại Trung tâm tài chính quốc tế Tiểu vương quốc Dubai và các công ty được công nhận muốn cung cấp các dịch vụ tài chính liên quan đến mã thông báo đầu tư.
DFSA cũng đang có kế hoạch tung ra một khung cho các mã thông báo trao đổi và tiện ích, cũng như một số mã thông báo được hỗ trợ bởi tài sản như stablecoin.Cơ quan sẽ phát hành một bài tư vấn về quy định này trong quý IV.

Dubai’s Financial Regulator Announces Framework for Security Tokens The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) has announced a framework for security tokens, which are blockchain-based representations of underlying assets.
The framework applies to any firms that want to issue or trade investment tokens in the emirate’s Dubai International Financial Centre, and accredited firms that wish to offer financial services related to investment tokens.
The DFSA is also planning to roll out a framework for exchange and utility tokens, as well as some asset-backed tokens such as stablecoins. The agency will issue a consultation paper on this regulation in the fourth quarter.
The new rules are based on a consultation paper that was issued by the agency in March.
