May mắn thay, chính sách của Deribit là lưu trữ 99% tài sản người dùng trong ví lạnh, vì vậy cuộc tấn công chỉ được gói gọn trong ví nóng với BTC, ETH và USDC.
Cụ thể hơn, theo Peckshield, 28 triệu USD đã mất bao gồm khoảng 9.080 ETH (14,2 triệu USD) và 691 BTC (14,1 triệu USD). Địa chỉ ví của hacker cũng được tìm thấy và được Etherscan cảnh báo.
Deribit hiện đang đình chỉ rút tiền và tăng số lượng xác nhận khi gửi tiền để thực hiện các bài kiểm tra bảo mật cần thiết.
Ngoài ra, sàn nhấn mạnh rằng các khoản lỗ sẽ là bảo hiểm đầy đủ từ quỹ sàn. Tài sản của người dùng vẫn an toàn và không bị ảnh hưởng.

Deribit, a cryptocurrency derivatives exchange, announced on Twitter that its hot wallet was hacked on the morning of November 2, 2022 in Vietnam.The estimated amount of damage was 28 million USD.
Fortunately, Deribit's policy is to store 99% of user assets in cold wallets, so the attack is only encapsulated in hot wallets with BTC, ETH and USDC.
More specifically, according to Peckshield, 28 million USD lost including about 9,080 ETH (14.2 million USD) and 691 BTC (14.1 million USD).The hacker's wallet address was also found and was warned by Etherscan.
