Lưu ký định cư quốc gia (NSD) và Strate đã tuyên bố hợp tác để khám phá việc sử dụng blockchain và công nghệ sổ cái phân tán trong việc giải quyết và giam giữ chứng khoán.
Là một phần của thỏa thuận, hai công ty sẽ chia sẻ thông tin liên quan đến tiêu chuẩn hóa và quy định của blockchain và sổ cái phân tán.
Eddie Astanin, Chủ tịch Ban điều hành NSD, cho biết:
Tôi nghĩ rằng việc sau giao dịch có thể trở thành điểm khởi đầu của việc chuyển đổi công nghệ sổ cái phân tán và blockchain từ lý thuyết sang thực hành.
Thông báo của NSD, sau một thông báo tháng 4 từ NSD rằng họ sẽ thử nghiệm một nguyên mẫu blockchain để bỏ phiếu proxy.
Các sáng kiến khác cho đến nay đã được DTCC công bố tại Hoa Kỳ và Lưu ký Chứng khoán Hàn Quốc ở Hàn Quốc.

**NSD and Strate to collaborate on blockchain and distributed ledger tech**
The National Settlement Depository (NSD) and Strate have announced a collaboration to explore the use of blockchain and distributed ledger technology in securities settlement and custody.
As part of the agreement, the two firms will share information related to the standardization and regulation of blockchain and distributed ledgers.
Eddie Astanin, chairman of the NSD’s executive board, said:
“I think that post-trading may become the starting point of transition of the distributed ledger technology and blockchain from theory to practice.”
The NSD’s announcement follows an April announcement from the NSD that it would trial a blockchain prototype for proxy voting.
Other initiatives have so far been announced by the DTCC in the US and the Korea Securities Depository in South Korea.
