Truyền thông do nhà nước Trung Quốc đang xuất bản một cuốn sách để giúp các quan chức chính phủ hiểu rõ hơn về khái niệm blockchain, như là một phần trong nỗ lực rộng lớn hơn để tạo điều kiện cho việc phát triển và áp dụng công nghệ.
Cuốn sách có tựa đề là Blockchain: Thế hệ cơ sở hạ tầng internet tiếp theo, được viết bởi Ye Zhenzhen, người đứng đầu người dân Daily Daily, tờ báo chính thức của Đảng Cộng sản Trung Quốc.

China's state-run media is publishing a book to help government officials better understand the concept of blockchain, as part of a wider effort to facilitate the development and adoption of the technology.
The book, titled “Blockchain: The Next Generation of Internet Infrastructure,” was written by Ye Zhenzhen, the head of the People’s Daily, the official newspaper of the Chinese Communist Party.
In the book, Ye writes that the biggest impact of blockchain lies in its operation mechanism, which is based on achieving consensus as a way to govern a community.
“It offers us a brand new angle to think about and resolve different problems,” Ye writes.
The effort comes soon after Chinese President Xi Jinping acknowledged the potential of blockchain in a public speech in which he remarked that the technology is among several breakthroughs that has been extending the global economy.
Currently, one of the cabinet-level ministries under China’s State Council is also charting a framework for blockchain standardization to assist the creation of regulatory guidance for the tech’s development in the country.
