**Hackers Received Over $120,000 in Bitcoin from Twitter Scam**
A Bitcoin address associated with the recent Twitter hack has received over 12 BTC, worth close to $130,000.
The address has received 375 transactions totaling 12.2 BTC, according to blockchain analysis firm Chainalysis. The second-largest address associated with the hack has received 6.7 BTC from 100 transactions.
A third address associated with the hack has received 5 BTC from 46 transactions. This address has not yet been linked to any other addresses associated with the hack.
Chainalysis said that it is working with its customers to trace the funds from these addresses.
The hack, which affected high-profile accounts including those of Elon Musk, Barack Obama, and Bill Gates, allowed hackers to post tweets from these accounts and direct users to a phishing website.
It is not yet clear how the hackers were able to access these accounts.
