Bonfida, the leading decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Serum ecosystem, announced that it has raised $4 million in a Series A funding round.
The round was led by CMS Holdings, with participation from Sino Global, Three Arrows Capital, Spartan Group, and Genesis Block Ventures.
Bonfida will use the funds to develop new features and products, including opening an options market and launching the predictable token market. The company also plans to establish partnerships with Alameda Research, QCP Capital, and Sino Global Capital.
Bonfida's Token Fida is expected to be IEO on FTX and Bitmart floors on December 17, followed by an ISO on Serum on December 22.
