Trong một cuộc phỏng vấn với tờ báo Trung Quốc ** China Daily **, Tập đoàn UBS COO Axel Lehmann nói rằng ngân hàng đang điều tra các dự án như một hệ thống giải quyết mới nhằm đạt được hiệu quả cao hơn.
Lehmann nói với ấn phẩm:
"Về vấn đề này, đó là một lĩnh vực rất quan trọng để chúng tôi đầu tư vào để cải thiện việc cung cấp giá trị tổng thể của chúng tôi. Vì vậy, chúng tôi đang hợp tác với các phòng thí nghiệm đổi mới nội bộ của chính mình cũng như quảng bá kiến trúc mở để chia sẻ thông tin và dữ liệu của chúng tôi."

**UBS exploring new settlement system to boost efficiency**
In an interview with Chinese newspaper **China Daily**, UBS group COO Axel Lehmann said that the bank is investigating projects like a new settlement system in a bid to achieve greater efficiency.
Lehmann told the publication:
"In this regard, it's a very important area for us to invest in to improve our overall value offering. So we are cooperating with our own in-house innovation labs as well as promoting an open architecture to share our information and data."
Like other banks of its size, UBS has spent much of the past two years testing applications in the areas of transaction settlement and trade finance. The bank is also a member of the R3 distributed ledger consortium.
