Binance đã rút đơn xin giấy phép từ cơ quan quản lý tài chính của Đức, Bafin.
Trong một tuyên bố với Coindesk, một phát ngôn viên của Binance cho biết: "Tình hình, cả trong thị trường và quy định toàn cầu, đã thay đổi đáng kể."
Vào tháng 6, Finance Forward báo cáo các nguồn tin cho biết công ty đã bị Bafin từ chối giấy phép.Vào thời điểm đó, một phát ngôn viên của Binance cho biết họ đang tiếp tục thảo luận với các quan chức.

**Binance withdraws Germany license application, cites changing market conditions**
Binance has withdrawn its application for a license from Germany's financial regulator, BaFin.
In a statement to CoinDesk, a Binance spokesperson said: "The situation, both in the global market and regulation, has changed significantly. Binance still intends to apply for appropriate licensing in Germany, but it is essential that our submission accurately reflects these changes."
In June, Finance Forward reported sources saying the company was set to be denied a license by BaFin. At the time, a Binance spokesperson said it was continuing discussions with officials.
Binance has also given up its registration with Cyprus' securities regulator, decided to quit the Netherlands after a failed attempt to register, and has been ordered to halt operations in Belgium.
Earlier in June, Chief Executive Officer Changpeng "CZ" Zhao said France remained Binance's flagship center in Europe, in spite of a money laundering probe there.
EU laws set to take effect in 2024 will allow crypto service providers to operate across the bloc with a single license.
