"We are seeing wider adoption of cryptocurrencies globally and the need for cleaner regulatory frameworks in different countries," CZ said in a letter to Binance users. "More regulations are, in fact, positive signs."
Binance has been at the center of a tangled web of regulatory development in recent months. The exchange has been accused of operating illegally in several countries, and it has been fined by regulators in others.
