** Úc, Singapore để dùng thử Blockchain để tạo thuận lợi cho thương mại **
Lực lượng Biên giới Úc (ABF) và Hải quan Singapore sẽ thử nghiệm công nghệ blockchain để tạo điều kiện giao dịch giữa hai nước.
Thử nghiệm, dự kiến sẽ chạy trong sáu tháng, sẽ kiểm tra các nền tảng xác minh kỹ thuật số trên cả sổ cái liên chính phủ của ABF và nền tảng Tradetrust của IMDA, để chia sẻ các tài liệu điện tử, chủ yếu để chứng nhận xuất xứ.
Sáng kiến này sẽ kết hợp giao dịch không giấy tờ và trao đổi thông tin thương mại kỹ thuật số như một phần của kiến trúc và thiết kế trong tương lai của một cửa sổ duy nhất thương mại của Úc.

**Australia, Singapore to trial blockchain for trade facilitation**
The Australian Border Force (ABF) and Singapore Customs will trial blockchain technology to facilitate trade between the two countries.
The trial, which is expected to run for six months, will test digital verification platforms across both the ABF's Intergovernmental Ledger and IMDA’s Tradetrust Platform for Sharing Electronic Documents, primarily for the Certification of Origin.
“This initiative will incorporate paperless trading and secure digital exchange of trade information as part of the future architecture and design of an Australian trade single window,” said ABF Commissioner Michael Outram.
The trial is being conducted under the Australia-Singapore Digital Economy Agreement (DEA), which was signed in August. The DEA sets out a framework for reducing barriers to digital trade, as well as fostering an environment where businesses and consumers can participate in the digitization of both economies.
Businesses and regulators are expected to provide feedback on the trial process, with participation coming from the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Australian Industry Group as well as financial institutions in Singapore including ANZ Bank.
The ABF will provide feedback on the lessons learned from the trial and present a final report in early 2021.
