** Mô hình hoạt động của Bitcoin Union **
Luật Bitcoin của El Salvador đã có hiệu lực vào ngày 7 tháng 9, đánh dấu một cột mốc quan trọng đối với một quốc gia để chính thức áp dụng Bitcoin làm đấu thầu hợp pháp.Quy định này cho phép người Salvador mua hàng hóa và trả thuế bằng bitcoin, sử dụng mạng Lightning để thanh toán tức thời và phí thấp.Tuy nhiên, các tổ chức tài chính trong khu vực phải đối mặt với những thách thức trong cách hoạt động với Bitcoin là đấu thầu hợp pháp.
Để giúp Bancotecario giải quyết những thách thức này, Liên minh Bitcoin đã được thành lập để hỗ trợ sự chuyển đổi của El Salvador sang nền kinh tế dựa trên Bitcoin.Liên minh Bitcoin quy tụ nền tảng tài chính phi tập trung Sovryn, cơ sở hạ tầng giám sát mạng Lightning QREDO và API của Dự án Ngân hàng Mở (OBP).Sự hợp tác này sẽ đưa tất cả các hoạt động này lên blockchain nhờ giải pháp Oracle của bên đầu tiên của API3, AirNode.
Liên minh Bitcoin sẽ hợp tác chặt chẽ với Bancotecario để đẩy nhanh việc dân chủ hóa ngành công nghiệp tiền điện tử với Bitcoin và giúp người Salvador được hưởng lợi từ các dịch vụ tài chính kỹ thuật số và phi tập trung.

**Bitcoin Union Operation Model**
The Bitcoin Law of El Salvador went into effect on September 7, marking a milestone for a country to officially adopt Bitcoin as legal tender. This provision allows Salvadorans to buy goods and pay taxes with Bitcoin, using the Lightning Network for instant and low-fee payments. However, financial institutions in the region face challenges in how to operate with Bitcoin as legal tender.
To help Bancotecario address these challenges, the Bitcoin Union has been established to support El Salvador's transition to a Bitcoin-based economy. The Bitcoin Union brings together the decentralized finance platform Sovryn, the Lightning Network monitoring infrastructure Qredo, and the APIs of the Open Banking Project (OBP). This collaboration will bring all of these activities onto the blockchain thanks to API3's first-party Oracle solution, Airnode.
The Bitcoin Union will work closely with Bancotecario to accelerate the democratization of the cryptocurrency industry with Bitcoin and help Salvadorans benefit from digital and decentralized financial services.
